Notification of Terms of Service and Studio Policies

Thank you for choosing Affinity Photo Studio DBA Brook Lyons Photography! Please review our policies to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Booking and Payment Policies:

-Session Fee:

A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your date and time. This fee covers the photographer’s time and talent and does not include digital or printed products.

-Payments:

The remaining balance for products and services is due at the ordering session or as outlined in your payment plan. Late payments on payment plans incur a 3% monthly interest fee on unpaid balances.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

-Rescheduling:

Reschedule requests must be made at least 14 days before the session. Requests made within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the session fee unless due to emergencies such as illness or accidents.

-Weather or Studio Changes: If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work with you to find a new date at no extra charge.

Image Usage & Policies:

-Copyright:

All images remain the property of Affinity Photo Studio DBA Brook Lyons Photography and may not be copied, edited, or reproduced without written permission.

-Print Release:

If you purchase digital images with a print release, they are for personal use only. Commercial or third-party use is prohibited.

-Studio Portfolio:

We may use your images for marketing, promotional, or portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Product Delivery:

-Turnaround Time:

Digital images and printed products are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks of your ordering session. Delays due to supplier issues will be communicated promptly.

-Product Pick-Up:

Please pick up your products within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed products may incur a 5% monthly storage fee.

Liability:

Affinity Photo Studio DBA Brook Lyons Photography is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to persons, pets, or belongings that may occur during the session or while on location. Clients assume full responsibility for their safety and that of their property.

Travel Fees:

Sessions within 20 miles of 1541 Millcreek Dr., Ogden, UT, are included in your session fee. For locations beyond this range, a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile (round trip) will apply.
